This is a list of my favorite Antivirus programs. Most of them are either online scans or free downloads. My favorite antivirus program is Nod32 as I find that it has the best detection rates and does not slow down my system.

This post will go over all my favorite hard drive utilities. Most of these utilities are free or open source. If the software isn’t free I will make sure to inform you when they are not.

Don’t even get me started with my frustration with Microsoft with Exchange 2007. Like Vista, Exchange 2007 COULD have been the best version. With issues like no 32bit workstation support on release, no out of the box backup from Server 2008 etc.. I have been very disappointed Exchange 2007. Once you get the past the “work arounds” Exchange 2007 is actually a very nice system to work with.
As you know WordPress is my favorite Dynamic website software because of it’s ease of use, it’s flexibility, support and plug-ins. For someone starting out with WordPress you might feel a little over whelmed. I will show you how to update themes the easy way and the “longer” way. *NOTE * Keep in mind if you did any sort of customization to a theme you will most likely have to re-apply it if you want the upgraded version.

Some software claims to be portable, but how do we know if it is really portable or not? I remembered back in the days when everyone was using Windows 98, a lot of “hacking tools” especially nukers are just one single executable file but it still requires dependency files such as winsck.ocx, msvbvm60.dll and etc. If those DLL or OCX files are not registered in your system32 folder, you won’t be able to run the program.
