This requires that your Dialup adapter is:
- You’ve already gone through the Wizard for setting up your Dial-up connection
Open Internet Explorer
You should see a toolbar and click on “tools”
Then click on “Internet Options”
Click on “Connections” tab. Click on your MTS dialup connection. This will be named what ever you named it when setting up the connection.
Click on “Dail Whenever a network is not present”. If it isn’t already done make sure to set the MTS Dialup as your "Default” connection.
Hit Ok at the bottom of the window.
Close internet explorer.
Make sure that you are not connected to any networks with your computer. If you are it won’t dialup because of the setting you selected.
Open Internet Explorer and it should automatically dial your dial-up number and make a connection.
If it doesn’t connect I would recommend removing the old dialup info and re-enter the info.
If it still doesn’t work it most likely means you do not have the right info. Please call your Internet Provider for the proper connection info as they are the only ones who would be able to help you now.
