(ie. besAdmin). The thing you have to understand is that if you delete the user from the BESADMIN the files and emails on the phone are not removed.

Log onto the server that is running BESADMIM. Open BESADMIN and make sure you are on the “Users” tab.

Right click the user who’s phone you want to wipe. As seen below select “Erase Data and Disable Handheld” from the properties pane.

If you delete the user first you can NOT erase the handheld this way. You would have erase the hand held locally.
