			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This post will go over how to remotely wipe a blackberry phone who is connected to a Blackberry server. (ie. besAdmin). The thing you have to understand is that if you delete the user from the BESADMIN the files and emails on the phone are not removed.</p>

<p>Log onto the server that is running BESADMIM. Open BESADMIN and make sure you are on the “Users” tab.</p>

<p>Right click the user who’s phone you want to wipe. As seen below select “Erase Data and Disable Handheld” from the properties pane.</p>

<p>If you delete the user first you can NOT erase the handheld this way. You would have erase the hand held locally.</p>
