Are you running Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) and getting this error: You need to upgrade your Adobe Flash Player to watch this video. Download it from Adobe?
To fix this error you can try several things. Please follow all these steps in order. This process will take at least an hour. If you don’t follow the steps in this order you most likely will have the exact same issue and need to do things all over again.
1.) Remove all instances of Flash. Make sure to reboot after this is done.
2.) Remove Internet explorer 9 – The following instructions apply to both Windows 7 and Windows Vista.

Click the Start button
, type Programs and Features in the search box, and then click View installed updates in the left pane.

Under Uninstall an update, scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section.

Right-click Windows Internet Explorer 9, click Uninstall, and then, when prompted, click Yes.

Click – Restart now (to finish the process of uninstalling Internet Explorer 9 and restore the previous version of Internet Explorer).
3.) Optional Step but recommended – Run Ccleaner and remove all temp files and do a scan of the registry. Remove any orphaned registry entries. As a safety precautions I would recommend that you make sure to backup/export any changes that are run just encase there are issues later on. REBOOT YOUR MACHINE
4.) Download IE9 and install it. Reboot your machine
5.) Run Windows Update from the start menu. Make sure the machine is completely up to date on the critical Windows updates.
6.) After each round of updates, make sure to reboot the machine.
7.) Download flash player and save it.
8.) Close ALL browsers and run flash player install.
9.) Reboot your machine.

12.) Next click the Tool button -> Manage add-ons, make sure the “Shockwave Flash Object” is enabled.”
Make sure Flash is enabled.
