		<description>I&#039;m running up against what looks a security-related issue.  

Hosting &quot;paulgarth.com&quot; on 1and1.com

Objective is to automatically upgrade (within Dashboard) the Techozoic Fluid theme from version 1.8.3 to 1.9.1

What I&#039;m seeing is that after clicking on &quot;Upgrade automatically&quot; that it stalls at the first line and doesn&#039;t do anything.  When I cross-check against the files using FileZilla, I see the following within wp-content:

techozoic-fluid.tmp; Filesize 0; Filetype tmp-file.  

Looks like it&#039;s trying to write the file and cannot complete.  I&#039;m logging in with admin account.
