The product has really matured since I first wrote this. It works really well in small to Midsize companies. I'm not sure how well it would work in Large sprawling enterprises. The price tag is also pretty nice ;) FREE ;) I'd definately recommend you to install it and play around with it. The helpdesk feature is great as well. I am still using Spiceworks.
