When installing Windows 7 on my Sony VGN-FW140D laptop I noticed most things installed correctly. The one thing I noticed though is there seemed to be one “device” that I could never find out what it was… Until today!
The items that had no driver was the “Sony Firmware Extension Parser”. Here is the link to download the “Sony Firmware Extention Parser for VGN-FW140D”.
I have no clue what this actually does because my laptop was completely stable without it running Windows 7.
